Young Filipino international singer Charice Pempengco was invited to sing God Bless America at US President Barack Obama’s Pre-Inaugural Ball. She was also asked to sing Whitney Houston’s One Moment in Time during the said event.

During an exclusive interview with TFC, Charice said that she’s nervous that she might commit a mistake while singing “God Bless America” but she wants to prove even if she’s a Filipino, she can sing the song that plays an important part in Americans’ lives.
