How to Download Free MP3's and Videos from YouTube, Redtube Using Online Converters

My first post about downloading videos from YouTube, PornTube, Redtube and Xtube focused on downloading applications to leech and convert the songs and videos.
Now this second article will focus on downloading the songs and videos the easier way.
I’ve discovered a couple of websites that would download and convert videos and songs for you ONLINE.
VIXY.NET - This website lets you convert and download your favorite songs and videos according to your desired format. They currently support AVI, MOV, MP4, 3GP and MP3 formats. You just have to copy the complete web address of the video or song that you are trying to download and paste it on the URL field of this website. Select your desired format and click Start to start the conversion process. However, during peak hours (9AM-10PM Eastern Standard Time), it would sometimes reject download requests due to a lot of people accessing the website at the same time, so you’ll need a lot of patience during these hours.
FLVTO.COM – If you’ve tried VIXY.NET a thousand times without any luck and you just want to get your favorite song from that video from YouTube, you may use this website that only supports conversion to MP3. It sledom goes down and converts fast. I also like the act that it uses a higher quality compression compared to VIXY.NET.

another very good method that I use is to use the Real Player plugin for firefox.
Whenever a site with a video comes up, the plugin pops open automatically and gives you the option to download the video right from the site itself.
For people who download vids a lot, I suggest you give it a shot. Most likely, you already have it on your PC (who doesn’t have real player installed? duh!) and just need to activate it
